Are you available to meet face-to-face prior to booking?

Yes, I always recommend meeting prior to booking or signing. This will give you a better feel of us and what kind of service you will receive should you decide to hire us.

Do you normally show up the day of or do you meet prior to see the venue?

We meet two weeks prior of the event to get a look at the venue to go over any policies or restrictions the venue may have. If for some reason a client can not meet, we will schedule a date or meet on the day of the event.

Are there any additional hidden fees, or will it be the price quoted?

The only additional fees are processing fees for paypal, credit card payments, state tax and travel fee for over an hour thirty minutes.

Are there any other fees, such as traveling expenses?

Travel fees apply when travelling over an hour thirty minutes.

How much is required for a deposit to reserve the date?

One to two months away (event date) the deposit is 50% of what was quoted for the event/project or three to eight months away (event date) the deposit is $200 and the last payment is due the day of.

What type of payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, direct deposit, credit card, paypal, money order and company check. Note: All payments with credit card or paypal will have a processing fee of 3%.

Will the setup time be included in the package selected?

Yes, you will get to see a preview of the film for any changes that you would like made before completion of the final film. If you requested DVD's they will be mailed to the address you provide.

Will I get to see a preview clip? Also, will you mail the DVDs?

How much would it cost to add an additional camera person? Do you offer other packages?

An additional camera person fee is $300. Yes, we do offer packages. See our video package page.

Are the cameras recording in HD?

Yes, every camera requested does record in 1920x1080p HD quality.

Do you double book or will this time conflict with any other wedding?

We do not double book videographers or photographers.

How is the final film provided?

The final film(s) will be on DVD, Blu ray or digital download tool such as dropbox.com as requested by client.

Do you provide a highlight film edited version and the full length video?

Both the highlight and full feature edited version will be provided if the client requested it prior to the quote and signing of contract. If a client request a highlight film along with the full feature after, a fee of $350 will be required.

What is the turn around time?

Our turn around time is generally 30 to 45 days. If you request an earlier turn around time a fee of $200 is required.

Will this content and its rights belong to us?

GDF reserves the right to promote your film. If you request the content and rights to restrict GDF from promoting there is a fee of $500.

How will the raw footage be transferred?

If you provide an external drive for mac or pc the footage will be transferred onsite the same day. If you can not provide a drive we will FTP the footage via dropbox where you will be able to download each file.
